NAPWPD Mourns the Loss of Comrade Bala Tsoho

The National Association of Persons with Physical Disabilities (NAPWPD) has expressed deep sorrow over the tragic death of Comrade Bala Tsoho Musa, MFR, who was fatally attacked by unknown assailants at his residence in Bwari, Abuja.

In a statement, NAPWPD extended heartfelt condolences to the family, describing Comrade Tsoho as a tireless disability rights advocate who dedicated his life to advancing the welfare of Persons with Disabilities (PWDs). As the first National Secretary of NAPWPD, his leadership was instrumental in shaping the association’s efforts. His role as Director at the FCT Vocational Rehabilitation Centre in Kuchiko, along with the national honor of Member of the Order of the Federal Republic (MFR), highlighted his immense contributions to both disability advocacy and national development.

NAPWPD emphasized that Comrade Tsoho’s passion for justice and empowerment will leave a lasting legacy, inspiring others to carry forward the inclusive vision he fought for.

In offering final respects, Hon. Rilwan Mohammed, National President of NAPWPD, expressed solidarity with the family, praying for strength in this difficult time. He also prayed that Allah grants Comrade Tsoho eternal peace in Aljanah Firdaus, affirming that his life’s work will continue to shape the future of disability advocacy in Nigeria.
